Returns & Warranty Policy
At BOOX Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your e-paper experience; if you are not, you may return your device within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that certain accessories and software products may be subject to different return eligibility criteria.
Submit a Return Request
Log into your account or visit our Support Center to initiate a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.
Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the device for quality assurance; upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
